On 24th September - I will be walking a section of the Hertfordshire Way (Widford to Bishops Stortford) to raise money for children and young people across Herts who need support with their mental health and wellbeing.

My story
You all know the struggles I
have faced in the past and how important self-care and Mental Health is to me.
Walking was and is one of the things I do as part of my self-care and this
fundraising event is a mammoth walk to raise money for Herts Mind Network.
You
also know how much I love my job and how important the work we do is, this past
year working at Herts Mind Network has been life changing for me and I couldn’t have got here
without all of your love, support and patience. If you have a few spare £’s to
donate I (and the Herts Mind Network team) would be ever so grateful.
