Susie for hyh

Please support me as I walk 11 miles in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside to raise money for hyh.  As a charity they are supporting young, vulnerable people across Hertfordshire who find themselves at risk of homelessness or without somewhere stable and safe to live.  Focussing heavily on prevention, the money supports young people to learn skills that will empower them and hopefully create a more stable future.
